LONG TERM (Permanent) Placement Services

 

Retainer Fees and Procedures for Full-time and Part-time Nannies:   Contact us to receive the Family Profile package and we are happy to offer a personal visit and consultation to have all of your questions answered. We are able to provide you with information regarding all aspects of hiring a nanny including average salaries, tax responsibilities, references/background checks, benefits, etc.

Non-refundable application fee: $200, and includes complimentary Rent A Mom membership ($75 value). We have highly skilled & experienced applicants and are always recruiting candidates seeking full and part-time positions on a live-out basis. We're happy to offer you previews of references (also see our Nanny Preview page for a few summaries).

We will present your position to pre-screened applicants who are seeking similar positions and assist you in arranging interviews. You will receive a formal, detailed report on each applicant so you may review her background in advance. As a full service agency, our program includes an extensive reference & background check package that is done on each nanny. Due to our flat fee structure for permanent placements, you can count on our staff to only recommend salaries that are within the industry standard, described below.

FEES, GUARANTEES, SALARIES FOR LONG-TERM PLACEMENTS (One year & longer)

(Shorter term placements are available so please ask us)

 

Fulltime Placement of at least one year commitment from the nanny; based on 30-50 hours per week:  Guarantee, Agency fee, average salaries.

FULLTIME Placement:Four (4) month guarantee, 30-40 hours a week: $1200; 40-50 hours a week: $1500, all inclusive (applicant profiles; references; background checks). Contact us by email from the "Contact Us" button on this website with details about your family's needs and we will reply promptly.

If a nanny's employment ends, the replacement is free as long as the nanny's employment terminates within the four month guarantee period. If the nanny remains with your family there are NO additional or residual Agency fees. After the four month period expires the replacement is $400. Our placement program includes full disclosure of an extensive reference and background check package that is done on each applicant. The average salaries for fulltime live-out nannies are $1800 to $2900 per month (approximately $13-$16/hour) based on a 30 to 50 hour work week. Salaries are based on the nanny's experience,  job responsibilities, and number of hours needed per week.

Part-time Placement of one year or longer (to 30 hours a week): Guarantee, Agency fee/ salaries

PART-TIME Placement: Four (4) month guarantee, $950 flat fee for part-time placement. Replacement is at no additional charge as long as the nanny's employment terminates within the four month guarantee period. For as long as the nanny remains with your family there are NO additional Agency fees. After the four month guarantee period expires the replacement for a new nanny is $400. Our placement program includes full disclosure of an extensive reference and background check package that is done on each applicant.The average salary for part-time nannies is $13 to $18 per hour usually based on an average of 12 to 30 hours per week. Salaries are based on the nanny's experience, job responsibilities, and number of hours needed per week.

After-school care: 12-20 hours a week.  Agency fee, $750 fee for entire school year; OR $175 per month for starting mid-school year. Average salaries are $16 to $22 per hour determined by number of hours and requested responsibilities.
